Elimination Chamber 2019 has come and gone! It’s now time for my star ratings!

Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Akira Tozawa (Pre-Show)

Once again, the Cruiserweights show out in a spot they’re not meant to show out in. Great match, lots of big spots. These guys deserve better. Murphy retains via Murphy’s Law. 3.75 stars.

Woman’s Tag Team Elimination Chamber

Really fun and interesting sequences throughout. The eliminations made sense and flowed well in the match. There were some great near falls towards the end. Sasha Banks & Bayley are the 1st ever WWE Woman’s Tag Team Champions; great Elimination Chamber match. 4.25 stars.

SmackDown Tag Team Championships: Miz & Shane McMahon (c) vs The Usos

This match was slow out of the gate but picked up as the match went on. A quick roll up lead to the pin for the Usos and they are the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions. 3.25 stars.

Intercontinental Championship: Bobby Lashley (c) & Lio Rush vs Finn Balor

Lashley & Rush dominated Finn early. Just as the match before, it picked up later on and ended with a good finishing sequence. Balor pinned Rush for the win and Finn Balor is the new IC champion! 3 stars.

Raw Woman’s Championship: Ronda Rousey (c) vs Ruby Riott

This may be the most predictable PPV match that WWE puts on all year. Ronda wins via arm bar in less than 2 minutes. 1 star.

Braun Strowman vs Baron Corbin

Slow match until Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre came out to aid Corbin. They beat Braun down and eventually they hit a triple power bomb through 2 tables, giving Corbin the pin fall victory. 2 stars.

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber

This was great; every man looked fantastic. From Jeff Hardy’s Swanton off the pod onto the top rope to AJ Styles’ Phenomenal Forearm to Daniel Bryan off the cage, this match had no shortage of spots.

What else can be said about Kofi Kingston after that performance? He stole the show. Bryan eventually won with his running knee to retain his championship. 4.5 stars.

Overall, this was a B+ show. There were some real highlights and moments we’ll remember down the stretch on the Road to Wrestlemania. Kofi stole the show tonight and deserves a big match this Wrestlemania. Ronda, Charlotte and Becky had a great angle as well.

Other than Lacey Evans getting air time for no reason on the main show instead of the Cruiserweights, I have no problems with this show at all.

Stay tuned for my Raw & SmackDown Live takeaways this week!
