The Arizona Cardinals and the Cincinnati Bengals were both winless heading into this game. Cincinnati trailed 23-16 in the fourth-quarter and Andy Dalton threw a 42-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Boyd to tie the game at 23 with 2:03 remaining in regulation. The Cardinals beat Bengals as time expires.

On Arizona’s next drive, Zane Gonzalez hit the game-winning 31-yard field goal as time expired and the Cardinals won their first game of the season by a score of 26-23.

This is Kliff Kingsbury’s first win as the head coach of this team in the NFL and this also Kyler Murray’s first win as the starting quarterback of this franchise.

Speaking of Murray, Arizona trailed 3-0 in the first quarter and he scored on a 6-yard touchdown run. Kyler Murray completed 20-of-32 passes for 253 yards. He also rushed for 93 yards on 10 carries and a score.

With the Arizona Cardinals up 16-9 in the fourth quarter, Chase Edmonds scored on a 37-yard touchdown run. He rushed for 68 yards on eight carries and a touchdowns. Edmonds also caught three passes for 18 yards receiving.

David Johnson also had a very good day in the backfield with 91 yards rushing on 17 carries. He was also the leading receiver with three receptions for 65 yards receiving.

Auden Tate caught a 2-yard touchdown pass from Andy Dalton in the fourth quarter to make it 23-16. Tate finished with three receptions for 26 yards receiving and a touchdown. Larry Fitzgerald caught six passes for 58 yards receiving.

They won this game for Bill Bidwill, who passed away at the age of 88 this past week. He was the owner of the Arizona Cardinals for a very long time.

Boyd was the leading receiver with 10 receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown for Cincinnati. Dalton completed 27-of-38 passes for 262 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for five yards on two carries.

Joe Mixon was the leading rusher for the Cincinnati Bengals with 93 yards on 19 carries. He also caught one pass for 16 yards receiving.

Zane Gonzalez also made field goals from 23, 20, and 22 yards out.

Randy Bullock made three goals in the game for Cincinnati from 23 yards out twice and 48 yards out once. He was one of the reasons why they were in the game, to begin with.

They will have to wait another week to win their first game of the season in the Zac Taylor era. He is in his first season as the head coach of this football team. The Cardinals beat Bengals as time expires.

The Arizona Cardinals (1-3-1) will host the Atlanta Falcons (1-4) next Sunday. The Cincinnati Bengals (0-5) will be on the road against the Baltimore Ravens (3-2) next Sunday.
