First of all, I would like to thank the entire WNBA community for their enormous support and love for the WNBA Belly Up family. Words cannot express how thankful we are. The support was unbelievable and shocking at the same time. We didn’t expect to have so much support and love from the fans, followers, and experts. That is why I am writing this thank you note to the WNBA community.

This WNBA journey started in mid-July for Belly Up Sports and the outcome was bigger than what we expected to be. With only two writers to start with myself and Lamarr Fields. Between both of us, we grind week in and week out and we started noticing the support starting to rise. We noticed that our hard work was taking noticed from followers and the WNBA community of experts. Lamarr and I did it for the love and passion for women’s basketball.

The ladies deserve media attention, coverage, love, and support. That is exactly what we did and are doing. Now, the WNBAbellyup is a family of five. Five unique and incredible content creators. Make sure to follow us along the ride and follow all of the writers on Twitter, Whitney Pearson, Jessica Jackson, Lamarr Fields, Aya Abdeen and Penny Guevara.

Ari Chambers

Thank you note
Arielle’s Twitter Page

Where to begin when speaking about Ms. Chambers. She was one of the first supporters who believed in us and the company. Without any hesitation, she said yes to helping us. She said yes to the Podcast! What an outstanding and beautiful human being. Always cheering us on and engaging with us on Twitter. There is nothing like a genuine support system from one of the best people to follow online. Thank you, Ari, for everything you do for us.

Sheryl Swoopes

It’s no secret i am a fan of Sheryl Swoopes aka the queen. Who wouldn’t be a fan of one of the greatest of all time? She is not only a legend within the basketball community but a kind human being. Swoopes is always liking, RT and engaging with fans. How many Hall of Famers engage with fans like that? That answer would be not many. Its Breast Cancer Awareness month and Belly Up Sports is donating 50 percent of the proceeds to Susan G Komen. Check out the shop for some incredible merchandise and it’s for a great cause.

Coach Tony Fiorentino

Coach Tony Fiorentino said yes to the Podcast. I have known coach Tony for years now working with the Miami Heat basketball camp for five years or so. Always a gentleman and a kind human being. Those who know him well know he is funny as well. A new yorker at heart and his personality shows.

An advocate for youth basketball as well as women’s basketball. As a former WNBA assistant coach for the Miami Sol. His passion for basketball and the youth is beyond incredible. Another genuine person who said yes to helping us without any hesitation.

Thank you Note

In conclusion, Tv Broadcasters, analytics, reporters, and experts who are willing to help the younger generation in any way is remarkable.

So many people supported us throughout the season and continue to support us. We didn’t expect so much support but we are grateful for it. We can’t thank you enough. This is a thank you note to all of our followers, fans, and professionals who show us support each and every day.
