Dwayne Haskins has the potential to be a very good quarterback. If he does not pan out for the rest of the season, it will be interesting to see whether or not the Redskins decide to draft another quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft.

It could be an uproar in Washington D.C. if they were to draft Joe Burrow out of LSU. They were both teammates at Ohio State and Burrow transferred because of Haskins in 2018.

The other two potential quarterbacks in the 2020 NFL Draft that will be highly ranked on draft boards is Tua Tagovailoa from the University of Alabama and Justin Herbert from the University of Oregon.

Case Keenum was the starting quarterback to start the season. He will be the backup now.

Colt McCoy started one game for them this season in Week 5 at home against the New England Patriots. He is now the third quarterback on the roster.

It is interesting how this quarterback situation has been handled in Washington, D.C.

So far this season, Dwayne Haskins has completed 27-of-44 passes for 284 yards and four interceptions. He has yet to throw a touchdown pass this season and Haskins doesn’t have much to throw to, to begin with. He has also rushed for 37 yards on five carries so far this season.
