The gold and black brand NXT has been on fire lately. As part of Survivor Series pay-per view to battle it out against RAW and SmackDown; can we say NXT On Fire. Let’s take a look at this week’s preview of NXT.
NXT Crusierweight Championship Match
Lio Rush(c) vs Angel Garza
Last week on NXT, we saw Tony Neese vs Angel Garza wrestle for an opportunity for a championship match against Lio Rush. Garza picked up the win by pinfall and defeated Neese to get the title shot. Rush came out to shake his hand, but only to get slapped in the face by Garza. Can Rush have what it takes to retain his title, or will he fall short to Angel Garza.
What’s Next for Pete Dunne?
After a win last week against Damian Priest, what is really next for the bruiserweight. It seems that he has a bigger problem now. The problem is Killian Dian.
Ladder Match for War Games Advantage
lo Shirai vs Mia Yim
The teams are almost complete for Shayna Baszler and Rhea Ripley. Yim and Shirai will battle it out in a ladder match to determine rather Team Ripley or Team Baszler will go first. This match will be a little tricky as the other team members could be involved.
Team Ripley vs Team Baszler
Team Ripley consist of: Rhea Ripley, Candice LeRae, Tegan Nox and Mia Yim. While Team Baszler is: Shayna Baszler, Bianca Bel-Air, and lo Shirai. Baszler has yet to announce the fourth member. Who exactly will join Team Baszler? Stay tune to NXT to find out.
Finn Balor’s Next Move
Balor has made it clear he wants Johnny Gargano after his heel turn. What is exactly next for the former champion? Last week The OC raided NXT and AJ Styles looked at Balor and gave him the “too sweet” sign and Balor returned the favor with the gun sign from The Bullet Club. Styles ended up getting attacked by Adam Cole after the reunion. Is this setting up The Undisputed Era vs The OC later on? I sure hope because that would be “too sweet.”
