The gold and black brand has been on fire lately. NXT on Rage seems just about right. Let’s take a jump into the preview for the week.
NXT Cruiserweight Championship: Lio Rush(c) vs Angel Garza
This seems like a round of two. After a slap in the face from Garza, Rush was able to retain the title the first time. With the rage building up can Rush retain the title, or will he fall short to Angel Garza. Will we see the I I came to collect and leave empty handed? Or keep what is rightfully his.
Mia Yim vs Dakota Kai
After attacking her at War Games, Mia Yim will finally get her revenge on Dakota Kai. Yim should pick up the win on this one, or could we see a win from Kai? After a recent heel turn, this could be a way to push over Dakota Kai.
Finn Balor vs Tomasso Ciampa vs Keith Lee(#1 Contender Match for NXT Championship)
After his recent return back onto NXT, Finn Balor has one thing in his “mind”, to make his past his future. Ciampa wants Goldie back, because he never rightfully lost it due to an injury. Ciampa is looking for more revenge on Adam Cole(current NXT Champion) after a brutal War Games. Keith Lee is another good choice for this match as well. Lee has dominated through the last few months or so, and deserves a chance at the title. I honestly think all three men are worthy enough, but I believe Finn Balor might win. The Undisputed Era thinks they are the best faction ever, this could be way to push The OC vs The Undisputed Era in the future. To prove whose the best. Then we all can say NXT on Rage! Winner of this match will face Adam Cole on December 18th for the championship.

Shayna Baszler vs Rhea Ripley
On December 18th, we finally get to see Rhea Ripley vs Shayna Baszler for NXT Women’s Championship. Last week we saw Baszler beat down Ripley with the help of Marina Shafir and Jessmyn Duke. As we all know Shayna is afraid of Ripley, you can tell by her actions; but never in a million years will Baszler ever admit it. What exactly will go down with Ripley and Baszler on NXT? Could we see Ripley get some reinforcements to help her take down Baszler and her girls.
