Private Party & Darby Allin vs. Inner Circle

For the first time in a long time, the Inner Circle has moved on from battling the Elite. Tonight the team of Chris Jericho, Santana and Ortiz take on Private Party and Darby Allin.

Chris Jericho has a lot on his mind following last weeks number one contenders match. Can Santana and Ortiz get his mind focused for these three formidable foes tonight?

Jericho and Darby Allin have history, as Allin took on Le Champion in the first few weeks of AEW Dynamite. Since that match took place, Allin has become a star; a mainstay on AEW television. These two should match up quite well with each other now.

Back in late November is the last time Private Party and Santana & Ortiz stepped into the ring together. Since then, neither team have gained too much momentum in the tag division, but are usually two of the most entertaining acts on the show. This is our match of the night for sure.

Jon Moxley after defeating PAC last week on AEW Dynamite

Last week on Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Part Deux, Moxley pinned PAC clean to become the new number one contender for Chris Jericho’s AEW championship.

With Moxley’s eye still injured, look for a member of the Inner Circle to blindside him with an attack during his promo. Chris Jericho isn’t likely to come face to face with Moxley just yet, but this should still be a solid segment.

Moxley is great on the mic and is sure to keep the momentum going as we head into Revolution next month.
