My favorite Sheryl Swoopes moment was seeing her play in the 1996 USA women’s basketball team and winning a gold medal. Sheryl Swoopes thank you for being an amazing inspiration for women’s basketball. Wishing you love, peace, and happiness. Happy Birthday.

I can vividly remember her turn-around jumper and beating the buzzer at times. Swoopes driving to the lane and creating plays was my favorite. She was a facilitator and a scorer. We can’t forget she was also a great defender. Simply the best to ever step on a basketball court. Wishing you an amazing day and Happy Birthday to the legend Sheryl Swoopes. Much love.

Happy Birthday, Sheryl Swoopes! Thank you for all that you have done for the game of basketball. Swoopes became the first woman to receive a major shoe deal. Air Swoopes debuted in 1995.
Not to mention she received her deal from Nike who was an up and coming brand. Most importantly, her sneaker was actually well designed compared to other athletes where the design isn’t the greatest (no shade). Prior to signing her sneaker deal, she won a national championship where she dropped 47 points leading Texas Tech to a championship.

Happy birthday Sheryl Swoopes. My favorite Swoopes moment came in the 1993 NCAA Tournament when she led Texas Tech to their first-ever NCAA title. Swoopes scored 47 points in the championship game against Ohio State, she also scored 177 points in the tournament.
