So, you’ve decided to sign up for a Twitter account. Well, congrats, welcome to 2015. After meticulously picking your handle (are there even any left?), your profile picture, and your bio, it’s time to start following people. Twitter communities can make your time writing 140 characters an enjoyable one. One of, if not the, best Twitter community comes from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I am, of course, talking about Gump Twitter, and while I don’t know every single member, there’s a few that are must follows.

There was a 0% chance I started anywhere else. Mr. Super Savage himself, he named his dog Mac, and he’s a multiple time Korner Booth guest! This man has sold more souls for Alabama touchdowns than Mac Jones passing yards in the Iron Bowl. Just can’t teach that kind of dedication, and it comes across in his Tweets. Also a good Saints follow, if you’re into that.

Alabama, as we all know, is a basketball school, and you can’t talk Gump Twitter without talking Tide Hoops. Frankly, Cameron has a lot to do with getting the student section bumping, maybe more than the school itself. He’s a must follow for all things Tide Hoops, and it’s a good way to stay up to date on the only SEC school in Alabama eligible for March Madness.

To be honest, I just started following KD, and boy am I glad I did. He’s quickly moving his way up my rankings, as the only thing that surpasses his humor is his video editing.
Kristen Saban Setas (@KristenSabanS)
The penny has been delivered to the window. Of course I cried. Dad looks awesome, full suit and tie. The way it should be. Let’s go make their ass quit now. LETS GOOOOOOOO. pic.twitter.com/x7hibqJwgu

If you consider yourself in the Gump Twitter community and aren’t following Kristen, what are you doing? Her lucky pennies to Coach Saban are just as much to thank for the dynasty as anyone else. Come for the wholesome coach content, stay for the humor. A must follow for all of Gump Twitter.
Lacey (@dddrop_the_lace)
damn how am i just now seeing this? my face is objectively too round to be considered a horse face. better comparison is the moon, or caillou https://t.co/hQpAX2tuHW
— lacey, former child model (@dddrop_the_lace) November 30, 2020
Bama tweets, political tweets, self deprecating humor, Lacey’s tweets have it all. It is not surprising at all she was “voted oak mountain high school ‘best twitter feed’ 2013,” and they should just name the award after her.
Also, miss me with that “hope she sees this, bro.” It is November and, due to this fact, not “No Simp September.” Sup Lacey.

In my humble opinion, the greatest Gump Twitter follow… no I’m just kidding. But please follow me.
There you have it. Some good starters for who to follow in the Gump Twitter community. Is that all of them? Of course not. I got lazy and forgot to write about Hunter Johnson, James Todd, Trinidad Miller, and a lot more I can’t even think of right now.
