3. Super Bowl LVII

Super Bowl LVII is set to take place on February 12th, 2023, at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This 63,500-seat stadium, which is home to the Arizona Cardinals, will be hosting its third Super Bowl and first since 2015.

Up until now, we have talked about the top performers from both the regular season and Playoffs in 2023. As they prepare for the Super Bowl, it is also worth noting those who have a longer break before the next season starts. Without making it to the Playoffs, they will need to examine what went wrong for their teams in the 2022-23 season.

4. NFLPA Collegiate Bowl

The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, which is sanctioned by the NFL Players Association, is considered to be on the same level as the Shrine Bowl. The bowl was first played in 2012 and is held annually on January 28th. The next game will be played in Pasadena, California.

Until the 2022 games, the Collegiate Bowl and the Shrine Bowl were held in the same week. Although the Shrine Bowl has started to position itself as the clear second-best all-star game in the circuit, the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl continues to be respected and produces many NFL players each year.

5. East-West Shrine Bowl

The Shriners East-West Shrine Bowl, which was first held in Fort Petersburg, Florida, is traditionally considered the second-best all-star game in the circuit, behind the Senior Bowl. However, starting in 2022, the game’s location has been changed to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Despite falling to second place in popularity among prospects over the past 30 years, the staff is working to make the game the top-tier all-star game in the circuit, and the next game will take place on February 3rd, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

6. Senior Bowl

The Senior Bowl, which has been around since 1950, is considered to be the premier all-star game in the NFL. All 32 teams of the NFL will travel to Mobile, Alabama, during the week of Jan. 31-Feb. 4, 2023, to evaluate and interact with the top senior prospects leading up to the NFL Draft. The game itself will take place on Feb. 4th, 2023. It is a highly respected and well-regarded event with a strong reputation.

7. HBCU Legacy Bowl

Additionally, it will be part of a week-long celebration from Feb. 20th-25th, 2023, and will be broadcasted on NFL Network. The event provides a valuable exposure opportunity for HBCU athletes and is supported by a variety of African-American NFL players, both past and present, including Patrick Mahomes, Doug Williams, Bobby Wagner, Jameis Winston, James Harris, Aaron Donald, Art Shell, and Mel Blount.

8. NFLPA Rookie Premiere

The NFLPA Rookie Premiere, now in its 29th year, is an annual event that takes place in the weeks leading up to the NFL Draft, which is scheduled for April 27-29, 2023.

It serves as a showcase for the league’s top rookie players, who can meet with current and former NFL players and participate in activities like photo shoots and media interviews. Additionally, the event allows companies to meet and sign deals with top rookie players for marketing and endorsement purposes. The specific dates for the 2023 season have not been announced yet.
