Josh Allen is currently one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and we all know that. But the Bills barely squeezed by the Dolphins in a home win that seemed far closer than it should have been. Are the turnovers too much for Josh Allen?

The Last Few Games

For the entirety of the season, the Buffalo Bills have been a favorite in the NFL, and quarterback Josh Allen is a big part of that.

In the last three games, Josh Allen has thrown for five interceptions and lost two fumbles. He fumbled three times in the Wild Card game against the Dolphins and lost one at a crucial moment.

These mistakes were made against teams that they could afford to have hiccups against. Now, the Bills are in the NFL Playoffs. It isn’t time to be messing around with turnovers. One loss means an end to their season. Will the turnovers by Allen be an issue in the future?

Looking Forward

This weekend, the Bills are hosting the Bengals in a highly anticipated game. The last time these two teams were supposed to play, the game was canceled due to the on-field collapse of Damar Hamlin

With a team like the Bengals, Josh Allen can’t afford to turn the ball over. If he does, he gives it to Joe Burrow, Joe Mixon, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins, among other key players on the offensive side of the ball.

The Bills’ defense is missing Von Miller, who was a huge addition this season. Without him, there hasn’t been much of an outside threat to put pressure in critical moments.

Will the turnovers keep happening? If so, are the turnovers too much for Josh Allen and the Bills against this tough Cincinnati Bengals team?
