The smoke is thick, teams are trying to get other teams off the scent of their draft plans as we inch closer to Round One on April 25. In my Mock Draft 1.0, we anticipated a shake-up at QB that was not being discussed, but the closer we get the the draft, the more things have become a little clearer. Here is the Sports Stove NFL Mock Draft 2.0.

1. Chicago Bears

QB, Caleb Williams, USC

2. Washington Commanders

QB, Jayden Daniels, LSU

Daniels fits new OC Kliff Kingsbury better than any other QB available. It would not be a total surprise if Drake Maye or even JJ McCarthy go at two, but Daniels seems to be the pick here.

3. New England Patriots

QB, Drake Maye, North Carolina

In 1.0 I had the Patriots trading back, but it just feels like the Patriots like the top three options, and are in need of a long-term QB. Maye has the potential to be a superstar, or he could be the next Daniel Jones. The Patriots should hold firm at number three.

4. Arizona Cardinals

WR, Marvin Harrison Jr, Ohio State

5. Minnesota Vikings (trade up from 11 & 23 plus a 2025 pick)

QB, JJ McCarthy, Michigan

Everyone has said the Vikings will move up to jump the Giants. I do not think McCarthy is worth the price, but the Vikings need a QB, and it appears they like McCarthy.

6. New York Giants

WR, Rome Odunze, Washington

The Giants need a playmaker, and most have Malik Nabers going here, but I think Odunze will be WR2.

7. Tennessee Titans

OL, Joe Alt, Notre Dame

8. Atlanta Falcons

EDGE, Jared Verse, Florida State

9. Chicago Bears

EDGE, Dallas Turner, Alabama

10. New York Jets

OL, Talies Fuaga, Oregon State

While the world always calls for the team to give Aaron Rodgers weapons, the Jets understand he needs to be protected first. Fuaga is rising up draft boards, and lands in New York in this NFL mock draft.

11. Los Angeles Chargers (trade down from 5)

TE, Brock Bowers, Georgia

Even with Nabers still on the board, the Chargers grab a unicorn in Bowers.

12. Denver Broncos

WR, Malik Nabers, LSU

I am not convinced teams have Nix or Penix as round 1 QBs. Nabers gives Denver a playmaker, and they are in desperate need of playmakers.

13. Indianapolis Colts (trade up from 15)

CB, Quinyon Mitchell, Toledo

14. New Orleans Saints

OL, Olumuywa Fashanu, Penn State

15. Las Vegas Raiders (trade down from 13)

OL, JC Latham, Alabama

16. Seattle Seahawks

DT, Byron Murphy II, Texas

17. Philadelphia Eagles (trade up from 22)

OL, Graham Barton, Duke

18. Cincinnati Bengals

CB, Terrion Arnold, Alabama

19. Los Angeles Rams

EDGE, Laiatu Latu, ECLA

20. Pittsburgh Steelers

CB, Cooper DeJean, Iowa

21. Miami Dolphins

OL, Troy Fautanu, Washington

22. Jacksonville Jaguars (trade down from 17)

CB, Kool-Aid McKinstry, Alabama

23. Los Angeles Chargers (trade down from 5)

WR, Brian Thomas Jr, LSU

Landing Brock Bowers earlier in this NFL mock draft, the Chargers continue to restock weapons.

24. Dallas Cowboys

Edge, Chop Robinson, Penn State

25. Green Bay Packers

CB, Nate Wiggins, Clemson

26. Tampa Bay Buccanneers

DT Jer’Zhan Newton, Illinois

27. Arizona Cardinals

OL, Amarius Mims, Georgia

28. Buffalo Bills

WR, Xavier Worthy, Texas

29. Detroit Lions

DE, Darius Robinson, Missouri

30. Baltimore Ravens

CB, Max Melton, Rutgers

31. San Francisco 49ers

OL, Tyler Guyton, Oklahoma

32. Kansas City Chiefs

WR, Adonai Mitchell, Texas
