The Soundtrack of My Life Night aired this week in The Masked Singer Season 11, with the final Group B contestants competing for the last spot in the semifinals.

Those contestants performed songs that held a special place in their hearts. In an episode for the ages, Gumball, Beets, and Seal battled it out, featuring more clues and a double elimination at the end.

Seal brought an edge to his performance this week. He had some serious vocal chops that impressed the audience. Based on the clues, panelists guessed Corey Feldman and Sean Astin. In Seal’s clue package, he revealed that he struggled during his time as a child star. Additionally, the visual clues featured a zombie, a sailboat, some iconic movie posters, and some greatest hits.

Next up, Beets dazzled with another amazing performance, also impressing the panelists. They put on quite the show with their fantastic voices. The panelists theorized that Beets could be Zach Braff and Donald Faison. Both contestants mentioned they were fathers, and the visual clues included a sports car, a banana split, a clock, and Broadway.

Finally, it was Gumball’s turn to take the stage, and he, too, gave an excellent performance. His vocals were incredible, and he sang with so much emotion. The panelists believed he could be either Derek Hough or Scott Porter. Gumball’s clues mentioned a string of successful TV shows and movies; the visual clues listed a football, an arcade, a spooky spider, and a prom king sash.

Double Elimination

Three contestants remained, but only one spot was left in the semifinals; two of them were eliminated. The first elimination was Seal, revealed as actor Corey Feldman. Then Beets and Gumball duked it out in the battle royale, where the former lost out and was revealed as Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard.

Season 11’s Group B had some of the most memorable groups of singers the show has had in a while. Tune in next Wednesday at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for The Masked Singer quarterfinals (Fox).
