Week 4 Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings include some young talent that has made the rankings this week. Daniel Jones and Kyle Allen had a heck of a week 3 and look to continue into this week. If you have lost a quarterback, use these rankings for streaming purposes. I lost Brees in a few leagues and went with Winston last week and worked out pretty well. I look to find that 1-week wonder in week 4.

Number 1 QB Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs
Like I mentioned last week, this spot is reserved for Patrick Mahomes. The Chiefs face the Lions in Detroit. The Lions are ranked 22nd against the pass allowing 269.3 yards a game. Look for Mahomes to continue his pace to break 50 touchdowns this season.
Quarterback to Watch
Jared Goff, Los Angeles Rams vs Tampa Bay Bucs
It would be to easy to suggest Rivers vs the Dolphins, but this could be the week that we finally see Jared Goff break out! Goff has not been the QB that we thought we would be getting in the late rounds, but he still has averaged 276 yards and two TDs over the past two games. Goff has a better home /road split and a favorable matchup against a Bucs defense that couldn’t contain rookie Daniel Jones, this could be the week that Goff put is all together!
QB Not High on This Week
Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills vs New England Patriots
Last week Josh Allen was my QB to watch, not so much this week. The Bills welcome in the New England Patriots, the Pats have not allowed a single touchdown through the air this year and have accumulated 6 interceptions. Now you can say well they have not faced a real quarterback so far, which is true, but this is Bill Belichick. In 2018, Allen faced the Pats once throwing for 217 yards in 40 attempts 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions. If you have a better option, this may be the week to sit Allen.
