Its time for week two after a rough week one for me the league creator. With a string of west coast tracks, it will be interesting to see who leads the Belly Up Racing fantasy live league when the series come back to Atlanta. I will admit I am quite surprised that Mike of all people is ahead of me, Rattlesnake and Trey not so much. This just means this race department head has to step his game up this weekend for week 2. Let’s get this article underway with our driver choices!

Also, did you (Rattlesnake) pay attention I didn’t forget about your bitching last week about not hyperlinking your name like everyone else! I better not hear a word from you this week.

Once again we had Darrell miss out on providing some options this week. No big deal, however, I do believe our resident Hot Lap podcast host Brandon might have been a bit embarrassed after his performance last weekend. However, everyone seems to know something I don’t because I am the only guy not picking a ford driver to win this weekend. So, let’s go over really quick in the picture below our league standings.

week two results

We’ve got a week two tie for first among the Rattlesnake from Texas and our resident “Heff Gordon” Trey. Then you’ll see an unexpected Mike in third, followed up by Brandon. Then sadly for myself, I am the beginning of the bottom three with Darrell and Blaine following close behind.

Week Two Trash Talk

It started off a rough and very demeaning week for myself posting those above results in the group chat. Only to be hounded by Mike about my performance. Of course, Trey had to throw a little shade on the rest of us, unfortunately.

I couldn’t just let that comment go unnoticed. I said my confidence is a little hurt. This is the second to last time we heard from Brandon, he then went onto predict a win by Truex or Harvick. Before ghosting us the rest of the week. Hopefully, he plans on at least setting a line up this week or he will be bringing up the bottom of the pack.

We then had a battle of the Co founders. In which Blaine didn’t really defend him self to much. I mean I will at least give him credit he’s an honest man and is trying to play with us week in and week out.

Conclusion

Week two is in Vegas, the city of sin. Where betting is everywhere about as much as the neon lights on the strip. It will be interesting to see what happens this week. On the fantasy side of things though. Honestly, all of these picks are solid by these guys. I just went against the grain a bit. Maybe it will pay off for me in the long run and I can make a jump back into the top three this weekend.

So if you guys are interested in us looking like a bunch of idiots week in and out stay tuned to see next weeks trash talk, and picks. Who knows you might begin to like us bunch of idiots.
