Wow. What a frigging game that was. Just when 95% of the world thought their bracket was going to go up in smoke, Duke ends up surviving a very game UCF team. Duke was dead to rights, with Zion at the line missing and then this happened.

UCF still had a chance and were no less than an ounce of energy away from shocking the the world.

Such a fun game right from the start and after the slew of bad games we’ve seen so far in the tournament, this game delivered as being the best game so far. Chances are, this will go down as the game of the tournament, you know, as long nothing else happens with a buzzer beater in the final four or something like that.

The Zion vs. Taco matchup was phenomenal where both guys showed up, but Zion showed throughout the game and in the clutch that he’s a man among boys.

Hope the rest of the games can be a quarter as compelling as this game, but I’m not counting on it. I didn’t take Duke to win it all so I would of liked to of seen a world where the superpower that is Duke gets bounced out of the tourney in the 2nd round. If that happened, nobody would of realized that Gronk retired until at least Thursday. I was all ready to have the debate all week be if that ball hit the backiron or not, and to have the Skip Baylesses of the world say Zion isn’t clutch because he missed that free throw. Maybe in a different reality that is happening, but not in C-137.
