As the Divisional Round is upon us, I think it’s a good time to get rich. And by getting rich, I mean to win an amount of money that might be life-changing. This money might let me be able to get the morning breakfast sandwich that I normally pass up. In my opinion, that breakfast sandwich might be life-changing. I know I’m not the only one to have that ‘should I stop’ drive-thru dilemma. These are my thoughts, so it’s up to you to determine whether you trust me. I might be biased, but I think these NFL picks will come to fruition and it will be embarrassing only to you if you decide not to pick them. Let’s begin.
NFL Picks Absolute Locks
Seahawks +4 (-110)
I’ll start with the game I am most certain about, which is the Seattle Seahawks heading to Green Bay. The line is currently Seahawks +4, which I can’t get enough of. It’s only -110 (which isn’t too tasty), but it is the playoffs, so we’ll have to make do. The game is in Green Bay which might scare some people off but I don’t see how you can bet against Russell Wilson. Wilson might be the most reliable quarterback in the league. It always seems like he makes the right decisions and elevates everyone around him. Also, the Packers haven’t been consistent in four straight quarters all year. Their record is 13-3, but I think you can throw that right out the window. Give me Russell Wilson every day of the week especially spotting him four points. The Seahawks covering is too easy. (Seahawks money line is +165 if you’re feeling frisky).
Chiefs -9.5 (-110)
The Texans shouldn’t even be playing in this game. The number of mistakes the Bills made last week was comical and the Texans got fortunate. While Deshaun Watson scares me, the rest of the team simply does not. Traveling to Kansas City to play Mahomes and company will be the end of the Texans season. While -9.5 is a big margin (especially for the playoffs), I think the Chiefs are definitively much better than the Texans. A late, meaningless touchdown by the Texans is the only way they keep this within 10 points (please, please don’t let this happen football gods).
