New England Patriots 2021 Season Ending-Until Now
To say the least there was quite some turnover when it came to the New England Patriots since the 2021 season ended in Buffalo. The Bills handed the Patriots a 47-17 beatdown in the Wild Card game back in January. That meant the end of the road for former offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, (now the Las Vegas Raiders head coach), J.C. Jackson the former number one corner for the Patriots signed with the Los Angeles Chargers for five-years deal is worth about $82.5 million. Former Giants head coach Joe Judge has returned to New England as an offensive assistant along with Matt Patricia in charge of the offense. Also N’Keal Harry got traded to the Chicago Bears in exchange for a 2024 seventh-round pick. It Is crazy to think that one team has had so much turnover like New England and still be successful.
Patriots Outlook for 2022
New England is surrounded by a lot of question marks with the offense since head coach Bill Belichick installed the Mike Shanahan offense which is different for what was used in New England the last 20 years. Quarterback Mac Jones has been progressing and learning the new schemes and working closely with Patricia and Judge and his wideouts in order to be ready for Week 1 down in Miami. Offense has looked shaky during training camp and also during the preseason, but look for New England to turn it around by next week. The Patriots do have a tough schedule ahead of them this season with playing teams like the Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders, Green Bay Packers and also the division. Look for New England season to be considered a rocky one.

Will the Patriots Compete for the Division Title?
Can New England give the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins a run for the division? It will not be an easy task for the Patriots to compete with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. Bills are the reigning division champs and with a high powered offense with Josh Allen, Stefan Diggs, Emmanuel Sanders, list goes on. Miami has a new head coach in Mike McDaniel and added Tyreek Hill. Look for both teams to compete with the Patriots for the division title. Its definitely going to be an interesting AFC East heading into the stretch run of the season.
