Finally! The much-anticipated mini golf challenge is here. I know you’ve been seeing the teasers for hours and haven’t been able to sit still since. Well, sit back, relax, and enjoy Hunter’s Mini Golf Challenge at St. Louis’ Union Station.
So there you have it. The first edition of Hunter’s mini golf challenge definitely lived up to the hype that no one built up.
I want to thank my first sponsor, the plastic water bottle, for making this all possible. Now I need to improve my score so I don’t embarrass them as much.
Union Station Review
Course Grade: 7/10
If you want to check it out soon, whether the sun is up or under the lights, bundle up. It’s an outdoor course so be prepared. Believe it or not, it was 30 degrees and windy on the day of filming and no one else was outside. Even the attendant at the window was surprised when someone showed up to play. She also assumed I didn’t want a scorecard and I had to embarrassingly grab a pencil to keep score. Luckily the window was closed so I couldn’t see her staring at me in judgement the whole time.
Whether it’s with the whole family or by yourself, mini golf is a blast. Union Station is definitely worth checking out if you need something to do with the kids or to kill some time. They’ve completely renovated the facility. From an old Hard Rock Café to a mall that hasn’t been worth going to in years, they have a brand-new aquarium, the new mini golf course, an indoor high-ropes course, a 200-foot Ferris wheel, and more!
Let me know what you liked and what you didn’t like. Leave it in the comments or on Twitter @Dnut66.
If you have a score you want me to beat, I’m open to challenges. Or, if you have any course recommendations, let me know.
