It’s been a long while since WWE fans have seen the self proclaimed boss of WWE Sasha Banks in action inside a WWE ring. However, that may change soon as her hiatus from the company is expected to come to an end very soon.
Banks hasn’t been inside a WWE ring since her and Bayley lost the Women’s Tag Titles at Wrestlemania 35. It was a crushing defeat to the team of The IIconics: Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.
The reason for Banks hiatus from the company is unknown. It is most likely that she was upset herself and Bayley, (Boss and Hug Connection) did not get a good lengthy run with the women’s tag team championships. As others may know, Banks has never had a good run with any title since she has been in WWE.

Either way it looks like we will be seeing Banks back in the fold competing in a WWE Ring very soon. When will Sasha Banks returning you ask? The SummerSlam poster has been released, and she is on it. What could this mean? Is it a return? Or is it just a tease?
Banks was recently in Orlando filming material for the WWE 2K20 video game. Her status with the company remains up in the air despite having reportedly met with Vince McMahon in late May.
The SummerSlam pay-per-view event takes place on Sunday, August 11, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario at the Scotiabank Arena. It will air on the WWE Network.
