Monday Night Raw comes to us live tonight from inside the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!

The Shield Getting Back Together?

Roman Reigns, one week removed from him announcement that he is now in remission, kicked off Monday Night Raw. The crowd loved him. Reigns said last week was the comeback, this week he takes his yard back. He said that the only thing standing between Reigns and the Universal title is Seth Rollins.

Reigns brings Seth out and Seth starts off by saying that seeing Roman standing there last week made him realize he can do anything. He wants to go to Wrestlemania and slay the Beast. Rollins knows where Roman’s head is at and he can relate to having to give up a title that he’s never lost.

Roman said that while he was gone, one man kept everything in line and that is Seth. He knows that Rollins has what it takes and wishes him luck, but he asks for a favor. He wants to get the Shield back together. Seth is hesitant at first but Roman convinces him in the end. That’s two members of the shield, now they need Dean.

Dean Ambrose comes out but is attacked by Elias. Reigns & Rollins come to save him but Elias ran away. Ambrose shrugs the pair away and walks to the back by himself.

This was a great way to open the show. Great promos from both men and the crowd ate it up.

Later in the night, Seth and Roman separately approached Dean backstage and refused to get back together with them. He said he has other things to worry about in the ring tonight.

After Dean lost to Elias, Roman and Seth came out. The two come to the ring and once again, Dean walks out on Reigns and Rollins. Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre come out and start beating down Reigns and Rollins. Ambrose runs back down to help out his brothers fend off the trio and the Shield stand tall once again!

Bobby Lashley Pins Finn Balor

Bobby Lashley pinned Finn Balor to pick up the win for his team on Raw. Since Finn is the Intercontinental champion, Lashley will no doubt get another title match soon and this feud will continue.

Triple H

Triple H is in the ring to address the actions of Batista last week. He said that he’s not upset because of Ric Flair, he’s upset about Richard Flier (Flair’s real name). Flier is someone most people haven’t met. He’s been with Flier through burying his son to when he was clinging to life in a coma last year.

Hunter was there to walk him to the ring, to be the Nature Boy one more time but it didn’t happen because of Batista. He said that Batista always quits because he doesn’t get what he wants. Batista took away Ric Flair’s moment and that he’s been complaining on the internet for 2 years about getting a match with Triple H.

He said this is not a game, there’s no characters. When Batista looks him in the eye, hes not the game, he’s the man. He’s said if Batista wants his attention, he’s got it.

This was intense and an amazing promo from Triple H. This feels personal and all eyes are towards their eventual showdown at Wrestlemania.

Raw Woman’s Championship Match Announced for Fastlane

Stephanie McMahon announced tonight that Becky Lynch’s 60 day suspension has been lifted.

Steph also announced that since Ronda Rousey relinquished her title last week, there will be a title match for the vacant belt on Sunday. That match will be Becky Lynch vs Charlotte. The Man vs The Queen will happen once more!

A huge announcement and now another swerve that WWE is throwing at us in this story.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Stephanie McMahon comes to the ring with the Raw Woman’s championship in hand. She says anything can happen on the road to Wrestlemania, including Ronda Rousey walking out on the WWE. Steph announces Charlotte Flair to the ring first and then Becky Lynch after her. Lynch is on a crutch selling her leg.

Steph said we need a champion. She said Becky needs to sign a hold harmless agreement to have WWE not be liable for any injuries that’ll occur on Sunday at Fastlane. Lynch signs and the match is official.

Ronda Rousey pulls up in the parking lot after Lynch signed the agreement and storms to the ring. Ronda is upset about being excluded and demands her title back. Steph hands her title back and now the match at Fastlane will be non title. If Becky loses, she’s done. If she wins, she’s added to the match at Wrestlemania.

Ronda said she’s done being the WWE’s puppet and she’s fed up with everything. She attacked both Lynch and Charlotte, turning heel in the process. Ronda stands tall in the ring.

Steph is backstage afterwards and says Ronda is going to get what she deserves regardless of the outcome Sunday and has a lot to think about before next Monday.

Overall, this was a good go home show for Fastlane. The Shield and Becky Lynch are back! We also had a great promo from Triple H as well.

Here’s to a great episode of SmackDown Live tomorrow night!
