Live look at what happened when I heard that the Dolphins are finally moving on from Ryan Tannehill

I wish I was able to blog this as soon as I heard this wonderful news, but you know, I’m not a professional blogger and I’m in Boston for Extreme Beer Fest so lay off. I’m here now and I couldn’t feel any better about this day. Ryan Tannehill has attempted to throw football to his own receivers for 7 years and he did a poor job of it. That is why he’s being released, cut or whatever they’re going to do with him. I don’t think they’ll be able to trade because why would anyone want to do anything like that?

We all knew this was coming. Tannehill was never going to be a part of whoever the coach was going to be next year and since we know that the coach will be Brian Flores, we certainly know he’s not going to keep him around especially because he costs so much. The Dolphins are still reportedly kicking around the idea of “tanking” next year. People are freaking out about that because they think the worst about it. All it means is that they’re going to get younger and cheaper, which for the Dolphins brass means they won’t win many games. I’ve previously said that the Dolphins aren’t good enough to tank so it’s wise to believe that the Dolphins will win the whole thing next year.

Nothing personal towards Tannehill, but we all know he was awful and frustrated us to no end. One game he would pretty good and then the next three he’d get 140 yards passing in a league where you can fall out of bed and throw for 220. He’ll go off and play for the Redskins or Jaguars or something around those lines and he’ll be himself which is to be not consistent, ever. He still is living a great life and has his smoke of a wife. So, I apologize if I’m not feeling to bad for him.

So rejoice that Ryan Tannehill will be elsewhere, but understand that he’ll probably go to the Jets and play against Miami and beat them because why the hell not? Either way, enjoy your day. I know I will
