I regret to inform you that the Charles Harris era with the Miami Dolphins. It was an era where we all will look back and say to ourselves, “yep, Harris was a classic Miami Dolphin’s player.” A guy who had a ton of promise was drafted in the first round, who was off the team within three years.

You could say that Charles Harris’s time in Miami was underwhelming. You could say that and you’d be wrong. Underwhelming isn’t a strong enough word. I don’t think there is a word that goes beyond underwhelming to describe Charles Harris’s stint with the Dolphins.
A Gross Number
Three and a half, That’s the number of sacks Harris had in three seasons for the Dolphins as a defensive end. To put it in perspective, Taco Charlton, a guy the Dolphins picked up in the middle of last year, who they released yesterday had five sacks in only a handful of games. What I’m saying is that Charles Harris wasn’t good at all for the Dolphins.
Look fondly on the moments Charles Harris gave the Dolphins. Now that you wasted one second of your life. Make sure you don’t look up the 2017 Draft and see that Miami could have had Tre’Davious White or TJ Watt instead of Harris. Definitely don’t do that. Instead, focus on Miami’s new quarterback, who not sure if you heard this doesn’t have a number yet, and that Curtis Weaver may be the steal of the draft. Yeah, focus on those things. Have yourself a Friday.
By the Way- You just know Harris is going to be like many other players that leave the Dolphins and go on to have a very productive career. It’s almost like it can’t not happen.
