Antonio Brown, former Raider, who is now a Patriot has done bad things in the past. But now, Antonio Brown faces sexual assault accusations. Brown, who was recently released has been accused of raping his former trainer, Britney Taylor. Brown met Taylor during his time at Central Michigan. Taylor was a gymnast who Brown soon after signed as his trainer. These rape accusations could severely damage his career with the Patriots.
Britney Taylor addressed the lawsuit provided to the Times by her attorney. “ As a rape victim of Antonio Brown, deciding to speak out has been an incredibly difficult decision,” Taylor claims. “ I have found strength in my faith, my family, and from the accounts of other survivors of sexual assault.”
In the above statement, Darren Heitner says “Brown denies each and every allegation of the lawsuit”. He also claims “He will pursue all legal remedies to not only clear his name, but also to protect other professional athletes against false allegations.”
Antonio Brown also allegedly sent emails to Taylor that would prove that he raped her during his time at Central Michigan.
***WARNING*** These messages contain vulgar and explicit language.
In the first incident, Brown is accused of exposing himself and kissing her without consent. This was in June 2017. Just less than a year later he is accused of masturbating behind her while she was watching TV and then ejaculating on her back. This was done in May 2018. On May 20th, 2018 the lawsuit says that Brown allegedly pushed Taylor face first into a mattress and “forcibly” raped her.
Some of the emails he sent are saying things along the lines of “I jack my D—- on your back. slept with u in bed.” If these are true, then there is fair evidence of the accusations and Brown is lying about all of it. If these aren’t real and this is another false rape accusation, this could hurt Browns career. Currently he has stated he plans to countersue his accuser for civil extortion.
Antonio Brown claims these to be fake, and it very well could be. With all of the evidence we have gained so far, with no evidence leaning towards Browns side, it doesn’t look good for him. The NFL has yet to take action on Brown but could suspend him later depending on what they find. Rape accusations do a lot to a player, but what will they do to Antonio Brown?
