Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages. It is your good buddy @KC_CARLYLE coming at you once again. Today we are going to do a new feature called “It’s The Low Down”.
Just a quick overview on “The Low Down” its me giving you my take on some recent events in wrestling. This time we will be talking about WWE. So that being said, let‘s quit beating around the bush and get into the “meat and potatoes” of this article.
First topic : Super ShowDown
Ahhhh Super ShowDown… I am not going to sit and rip this event apart because everyone else online has already done it. I will discuss my personal highs and lows. Now first off, I was extremely unhappy with what happened with “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. That being said I am not on the booking committee, so let’s just hope there is a better plan involve in the bigger picture.
Another point I would like to discuss with Super ShowDown is how confusing the Tuwaiq trophy match was. That being said I was extremely excited to see “The Undertaker” again. As someone who has been a huge fan of “The Undertaker” it gave me chills to watch his entrance again. All in all it the event was not as bad as everyone make it sound, just some questionable booking decisions.
Topic #2 The Edge/Orton Situation
The next thing I would like to give “The Low Down” on is the whole Edge and Randy Orton situation. What can I say about these two? One word… TALENT. These two have been telling one of the best stories I have watched in recent years! The brutality of Randy Orton has been at the levels of old. I’m talkin like “Punt Kick” levels of evil and brutality.
The amount of swerves in this story has had me on the edge of my seat every week. I thought I was going to get Rated RKO. Then every week I find myself asking “Why Randy Why”? So then I have to remind myself of Ortons nick-name “The Viper”. I am very excited to see what is going to happen on the “Road to Wrestlemania.” Its “The Low Down.
Topic #3: Otis and Mandy Situation
My my my… This is a story that is deeply troubling to me. I have been 1000% behind the whole Otis and Mandy story and I still am. The dynamics of this story have been quite interesting. Otis (the ultimate underdog) should be enjoying a great run with Mandy by his side! Instead Dolph Ziggler keeps sticking his nose all up in Otis and Mandy’s business! I really hope this will go Otis’ way.
Somehow though after the SNAFU on the Valentines Day date, I don’t forsee a good ending to this story. Now with that being said, after Mandy told Otis it was too late on SmackDown this week (3-6-2020) we saw her watching his match. She was then promptly interuppted by Dolph Ziggler who said some unkind things to her about watching Otis wrestle. I really hope this ends up well for Otis.
