The viewers were invited to help sing along to a selection of the contestant’s best performances from season Three of The Masked Singer. New clues were revealed for each contestant. Here is a reminder of some of the best performances and clues so far in season 3.
Best Performances
Banana
The Banana’s best performance was Sweet Home Alabama, viewers got to relieve it on Wednesday night. He is a fun performer who brings a lot of energy. There are some clues of corn on the cobb, a blue dog collar and family. A guess that has been heard a lot is Bret Michaels from the band Poison.
The Kitty reminded us of her strong voice with the performances of Dangerous Women and It’s All Coming Back to Me. Each of those songs showed her gaining confidence in her stage presence. The clues of red cape, makeup and Christmas trees are confusing and don’t go together. Some ideas for the Kitty are Vanessa Hudgens and Lucy Hale.
Frog
The Frog brought down the house with songs like Jump -Jump and Can’t Touch This. He has a lot of energy, choosing 90s Hip -Hop songs with fun beats. The viewers were showed hush puppies and toy soldiers. Based on the performance and clues this could be a hip -hop singer like Bow Wow and L.L Cool J.
Top Contenders
Turtle
The slow and steady Turtle reminded everyone why is considered one of the main contenders with his best performances like Kiss from a Rose and There’s Nothing Holding Me Back. Every week he has showcased a beautiful falsetto and slick dance moves. There are some clues of comic books, restaurants, and even New Kids on Block references. Some popular guesses are Jordan Knight, Jesse McCartney, and Joey McIntyre.
Night Angel
The Night Angel has impressed the judges and viewers so far. She sounds like a professional singer with a big voice. Some clues are a bee crown, snow globes, and insects. The judges think the Night Angel could be Brandy or Toni Braxton. However, on social media, Kandi Buress is a consistent guess.
Rhino
The Rhino has been impressive each week with songs like Nice to Meet Ya and Tracks of My Heart. He has a nice voice and could be a contender in the end. The major clues are Grand Ole Opry, guitars and even football. The judges have said they think it is Vince Gill, but Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line is social media guess.
Astronaut
Signed Sealed and Delivered was one of the best performances from the Astronaut. He has a nice voice and is being considered another contender. Since dice, vinyl records and being a young star were mentioned last night, the popular guesses were Hunter Hayes and Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
The Unmasked Singers
The Masked Singer did a tribute to the eleven stars that have already been unmasked in season three. Some of the unmasked stars include Drew Carey, Sara Palin, Tom Bergeron, Bella Thorne, and Dion Warwick. There have been some surprises in season three with some big stars revealed.
