We’re baaaaaaack. After a short hiatus from discussing our picks, the Korner Booth week one picks article is here. After an exciting TNF game featuring the Titans and Gardner Minshew’s majestic mustache (buy a shirt), here is the Korner Booth team’s picks for college football week four and NFL week three.

College Football Week 4

#11 Michigan @ # 13 Wisconsin

Kevin’s Pick: Michigan

Is Harbaugh on the hot seat? Can Michigan compete for the Big Ten? These are big questions facing the wolverines, and I expect them to answer them with a win this game.

Savannah’s Pick: Wisconsin

Taylor is too much for Michigan to contain.

Jared’s Pick: Wisconsin

Wisco has a top ranked defense and Jonathan Taylor is a top running back in the nation. Michigan also struggled with army….

#8 Auburn @ #17 Texas A&M

Korner Booth Week One
Kevin’s Pick: Texas A&M

A&M at College Station scares me. A&M ranked, at home, against a freshman QB (in his first road game) should be an easy win for the Aggies.

Savannah’s Pick: Auburn

Even after two weeks of decent showings out of Bo Nix, expect JaTarvious Whitlow to carry the load on offense, and the defense to keep A&M in check.

Jared’s Pick:

I guess Auburn…

#7 Notre Dame @ #3 Georgia

Kevin’s Pick: Georgia

Notre Dame needs to win this more than Georgia. If Notre Dame loses, they aren’t getting into the CFP. The pressures of this, added to the pressures of a road game, will help increase the Bulldogs’ chances.

Savannah’s Pick: Georgia

This Georgia team is one of the best overall teams in recent memory. With all of these weapons, Notre Dame isn’t topping them.

Jared’s Pick: Georgia

Georgia by a country mile.

NFL Week Three

Dolphins @ Cowboys

Korner Booth Week One
Kevin’s Pick: Cowboys

Dolphins are one of the worst teams I’ve ever seen. Even with a QB change, this team is so bad Marino couldn’t help them.

Savannah’s Pick: Cowboys

Josh Rosen is starting but that doesn’t help

Jared’s Pick: Cowboys

Tanktown continues

Bengals @ Bills

Kevin’s Pick: Bills

Bengals were as advertised last week: bad. Mixon couldn’t get going against the Niners, and I doubt that’ll change against the Bills defense.

Savannah’s Pick: Bills

Bills are just the better all around team right now.

Jared’s Pick: Bills

Bills are surprisingly good. Josh Allen is playing well and the Bengals are not good at all. They should be rebuilding at this point

Lions @ Eagles

Kevin’s Pick: Lions

The lions are better than I expected, and Stafford has created magic before. The Eagles laundry list of injuries will diminish any advantage they have at the Linc. I will also pick against the Eagles most weeks to piss off Jared.

Savannah’s Pick: Eagles

Lions can’t stop run game whatsoever, even with Stafford on his game, Eagles will come up with important stops.

Jared’s Pick: Eagles

Eagles may be short staffed at WR but they have an over all better team and are at home.

Jets @ Patriots

Korner Booth Week One
Kevin’s Pick: Pats

Do I need to justify this one?

Savannah’s Pick: Patriots

It’s the Pats vs 3rd string Jets.

Jared’s Pick: Pats

No further explanation.

Falcons @ Colts

Kevin’s Pick: Falcons

The Falcons showed last week they can win against a better opponent, and while the Colts are better than expected, their defense is worse than the Vikings. I doubt they can slow down the Falcons quartet of Ryan, Freeman, Julio, and Ridley

Savannah’s Pick: Colts

Colts have looked good even without Luck. Falcons seems ok at best this season.

Jared’s Pick: Falcons

Falcons proved last week they can play and the Colts are just average at best. Indy won’t be able to score with Atlanta.

Raiders @ Vikings

Kevin’s Pick: Vikings

Just hand the ball off to Cook and let the defense do its thing. Hell, start Mannion if you want. Just don’t let Kirk throw the ball.

Savannah’s Pick: Raiders

Upset of the week. Raiders have some valuable assets returning. Cousins throws 2 or more picks and their defense won’t be able to save him.

Jared’s Pick: Raiders

I actually have the raiders in this one if they can score early no matter how much the Vikings run Cook. I don’t trust cousins at all.

Ravens @ Chiefs

Kevin’s Pick: Ravens

Two of the hottest QBs in the streets square off. The Ravens defense and ground game will be the difference makers in this, as both aerial attacks will be impressive.

Kevin’s quick recap of the game
Savannah’s Pick: Ravens

These teams are even on offense, but the Ravens edge out Chiefs on D. That’ll make the difference.

Jared’s Pick: Chiefs

It’s 11:30, Jared missed this game, so I asked his cousin. “Umm that’s a tough one, probably Chiefs” was his answer. So this is the Korner Booth week one picks featuring Jared’s cousin, Andrew.

Broncos @ Packers

Kevin’s Pick: Packers

Broncos are headed nowhere fast, and the Pack has Rodgers.

Savannah’s Pick: Packers

Pack defense is strong, offense is slowly coming back to old Pack.

Jared’s Pick: Packers

Broncos are below average away from Mile High.

Panthers @ Cardinals

Korner Booth Week One
Kevin’s Pick: Cardinals

The Cardinals are the surprise team of the year. They won’t make the playoffs or anything, but they have a not terrible team and a good QB. Even with Newton, the Panthers suck, and by starting Kyle Allen over Will Grier they will only be worse.

Savannah’s Pick: Cards

Newton out, christian can’t carry team.

Jared’s Pick: Cardinals

No Cam, no will. Cardinals win.

Giants @ Buccaneers

Kevin’s Pick: Giants?

Daniel Jones is starting, and he looked good in the preseason. So, I guess the Giants? Regardless of the outcome on the field, I think America takes an L on this one by having to watch this game.

Savannah’s Pick: Giants

Welcome to the league Daniel Jones.

Jared’s Pick: Buccaneers

Buccs are the better of the bad teams.

Saints @ Seahawks

Kevin’s Pick: Seahawks

No Brees playing in Seattle? Put all your money on the Seahawks.

Savannah’s Pick: Seahawks

Saints D isn’t enough and neither is Michael Thomas’ talent  without Brees.

Jared’s Pick: Seahawks

Seahawks may be a playoff team and the saints are lost without Brees.

Texans @ Chargers

Kevin’s Pick: Texans

Chargers semi-bounce back after that dud against the Lions. I say semi, however, because while they will play better, the Texans are too good and the Chargers have too much ground to make up.

Savannah’s Pick: Chargers

After a disappointing loss, this team will bounce back. Not without a fight though, Texans are a strong team.

Jared’s Pick: Texans

Chargers are not the same team without Gordon and James. Texans win.

Steelers @ 49ers

Korner Booth Week One
Kevin’s Pick: Niners

Even Big Ben couldn’t save the Steelers.

Savannah’s Pick: 49ers

No Big Ben and Jimmy G isn’t lookin too shabby.

Jared’s Pick: 49ers

49ers will score a ton of points in this one even with Minkah on the Steelers.

Rams @ Browns

Kevin’s Pick: Rams

Aaron Donald is still limited in practice, but this is the Browns first real test of the season. The Titans game was a fluke, but this won’t be. The Rams have the chemistry, experience in big games, and coaching to win. The Dawg Pound will be rocking, but the Rams walk out with a win.

Savannah’s Pick: Browns

First home SNF since 2008. Coming off win & big game from OBJ. Momentum is high and Garrett is looking strong. If Baker can throw to the right team, they’ll pull it out.

Jared’s Pick: Rams

The Browns won’t be able to block Donald or even Fowler. Baker is going to be hit a lot.

Bears @ Redskins

Kevin’s Pick: Bears

The r-words are better than I expected, and the Bears are worse. I will give the same advice to Nagy as I gave to Zimmer: DO. NOT. LET. MITCHELL. THROW. THE. BALL. If Nagy listens to me, the Bears will win.

Savannah’s Pick: Bears

Bears offense is mediocre at best, but their defense will most likely keep Washington from scoring at all.

Jared’s Pick: Bears

How is this the Monday game I guess the bears both teams are average.
